Mr. Peter Stubbe

Mr. Peter Stubbe works for the Space Administration of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and is the project manager and assistant editor of the Cologne Commentary on Space Law. He studied International Relations at the University of Dresden and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He specialized in public international law and particularly focused on international space law. His special interests are the legal consequences of the pollution of outer space with space debris and related questions of liability and responsibility. Before joining the CoCoSL project, Mr. Stubbe worked as an intern for various institutions, among them the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, the European Space Policy Institute and German Embassy in Washington D.C.

He is author of the chapters on the MOON (Volume II) on the Direct Broadcasting Principles (Volume III).
